we collect On a basic level our web servers collect industry standard statistics to produce logs of general web site usage, as do most internet web sites. This information is not linked with any one individual, or company. We also collect information on our members of the web site. We only collect information that we feel is necessary to provide our visitors with the best experience possible. This includes member profiles, visitor surveys and correspondence. Who
has access to the information and how is it used Were we provide a cobranded service, we may have to occasionally pass member information to the third party for the service to operator correctly. If this is the case you will be informed before we do so. There are
some cases personal information may be passed to a to sponsors and key
business partners when we run promotions and competitions. Again, if this
is the case, you will be informed before your details are passed. In all cases were information is being passed outside of our organisation, you will be informed before hand. We will only then pass the subset of data that is required. Of the data we collect for internal use, we do so for several reasons. This activity is done to provide us with visitor demographics. By collecting certain information, we do so that we can offer you a better quality of service, providing content and services that you are particularly interested in.
